Terms and Conditions for the “Complementary Tickets 2025” Promotion
- Eligibility: This promotion is exclusively available to new clients who are at least 21 years of age and are residents of the United States. Participants must book travel valued at a minimum of $5,000 USD per person to qualify.
- Promotion Duration: The promotion commences on February 1, 2025, and concludes on February 29, 2025. Any submissions or deposits made outside this timeframe will not be eligible for participation.
- Participation Requirements: To be eligible for the complimentary tickets, participants must complete the designated travel inquiry form and pay a deposit for their trip during the promotional period. Submission of the form does not guarantee eligibility.
- Offer Details: One winner will be selected to receive two complimentary tickets in standard class (not executive) for domestic flights within the United States.
- Redemption Process: To redeem the complimentary tickets, the winner must contact their assigned travel advisor to schedule their trip. The tickets may only be redeemed in conjunction with a hotel reservation made through Forest Travel; they cannot be used for independent travel arrangements.
- Non-Transferability: The complimentary tickets are strictly non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or otherwise conveyed to any other person or entity.
- Usage Restrictions: The tickets are valid for travel within the continental United States only, excluding Hawaii. Complimentary tickets must be used between August 1, 2025, and October 31, 2025. Failure to utilize the tickets within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy: Complimentary tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services. In the event of trip cancellation, the winner will forfeit their right to the complimentary tickets.
- Liability Disclaimer: Forest Travel disclaims all liability for any lost, stolen, or unused tickets. Participants acknowledge and agree that they assume all risks associated with travel and that Forest Travel shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in this promotion.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Forest Travel is incorporated. Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that State for the resolution of any disputes arising under these terms.

Forest Travel 2025 Client "Refer a Friend" Program
Terms and Conditions for the “Refer a Friend” Promotion
- Eligibility: This promotion is open to existing Forest Travel clients who refer new clients. The referred client must be at least 21 years old and a resident of the United States.
- Promotion Duration: This promotion is valid for bookings made from February 2025 until December 13, 2025. Referrals or bookings made outside of this timeframe will not qualify.
- Referral Requirements: To qualify, the referred client must book and pay a trip with a minimum value of $5,000 USD per person. The referrer must be an existing Forest Travel client at the time of referral.
- Reward Details: For each successful referral, both the referrer and the referred client will receive a $250 USD travel credit. A referrer may earn multiple credits, up to a maximum total of $5,000 USD.
- Redemption Process: You can use your travel credit for any future booking with Forest Travel. Please make sure to use it within three months after the campaign ends in December 2025. The credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Limitations: The travel credit is applicable only to new bookings and cannot be combined with other promotions or applied retroactively.

- Eligibility: This promotion is available exclusively to new clients of Forest Travel who are at least 21 years of age and residents of the United States.
- Duration: The promotion begins on April 1, 2025, and ends on December 31, 2025. Bookings made outside this timeframe will not be eligible.
- Participation Requirements: To qualify, participants must be subscribed to the Forest Travel newsletter and mention the code FORESTNEWTRAVELER to their Travel Advisor when booking their first trip.
- Offer Details: Eligible participants will receive a $100 travel perk applicable toward their first booking with Forest Travel.
