Had a phenomenal experience working with this travel agency, specially with Alfredo who took care of my family vacation. He is efficient and available almost 24/7. When we got to the hotel, we received an upgrade and amazing amenities due to the fact that the agency has awesome partnerships with most properties. I have been using Forest Travel for a few years now and their service is outstanding. They have provided great customer service and really competitive fares for both business and personal travels. My experience with Forest travel was exceptional; Shaun D'Arcy was one of the best Travel Agents I've ever had the pleasure to work with.
