Had a phenomenal experience working with this travel agency, specially with Alfredo who took care of my family vacation. He is efficient and available almost 24/7. When we got to the hotel, we received an upgrade and amazing amenities due to the fact that the agency has awesome partnerships with most properties. The booking process with them is always quick and easy and definitely lends a luxurious experience. I would highly recommend using them for personal/corporate travel.

I have been using Forest Travel for a few years now and their service is outstanding. They have provided great customer service and really competitive fares for both business and personal travels. I also had the chance to work with different agents as Juan Gutierrez, Juan Lozano and Fernando Martinez and always had a great experience. They are professional, knowledgeable and can support you not only with flight tickets and accomodation but also with local tours and tips to get around in your destination, which is extremely helpful.

My husband and I had a destination wedding in Miami this past April and used Forest Travel for our hotel room blocks. We had 2 hotels across the street from each other and about 100 guests - and some with particular needs. Aurora and her team were incredibly helpful and responsive the entire time. I would use this service for personal travel...they are that good. We can't thank them enough for making this part of our wedding so seamless!

My experience with Forest travel was exceptional; Shaun D'Arcy was one of the best Travel Agents I've ever had the pleasure to work with. I had to co-ordinate several family members and dates of travel in and out of the country and he was very courteous and prompt in answering all of my questions. Shaun took the time to go over all the dates within my itinerary and gave me many options which not only saved me money but allowed me to select my own preferences opposed to someone just choosing them for me.
