Had a phenomenal experience working with this travel agency, specially with Alfredo who took care of my family vacation. He is efficient and available almost 24/7. When we got to the hotel, we received an upgrade and amazing amenities due to the fact that the agency has awesome partnerships with most properties. I have been using Forest Travel for a few years now and their service is outstanding. They have provided great customer service and really competitive fares for both business and personal travels. My husband and I had a destination wedding in Miami this past April and used Forest Travel for our hotel room blocks. My experience with Forest travel was exceptional; Shaun D'Arcy was one of the best Travel Agents I've ever had the pleasure to work with. I had to co-ordinate several family members and dates of travel in and out of the country and he was very courteous and prompt in answering all of my questions.
