Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of foresttravel.com (the “site”) and the travel advisory services of Forest Travel Agency (“Forest Travel”, “we”), based in Aventura, Florida. By using the site or requesting our services, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What we do

Forest Travel is a travel advisory. We design itineraries, recommend and arrange bookings with travel suppliers (hotels, airlines, operators, cruise lines and others) and support our clients before and during the trip. Suppliers are independent businesses: their services are governed by their own conditions, which we will share with you when they apply.

2. The site is informational

The content on the site (destinations, guides, articles and descriptions) is informational and offered in good faith, but it may change without notice and is not an offer or a confirmation of availability or conditions. A trip proposal is binding only once it is confirmed in writing between you and Forest Travel.

3. Inquiries and proposals

Submitting the inquiry form, calling us or messaging us on WhatsApp creates no obligation for you or for us. If you decide to plan a trip with us, a planning fee applies to each itinerary and is explained before you commit. The prices and availability we quote may change until the booking is confirmed.

4. Bookings, payments and cancellations

Payment, change and cancellation conditions for each booking depend on the supplier and are shared with you before you confirm. Some bookings may be non-refundable. We recommend you review those conditions and consider travel insurance.

5. Your responsibility as a traveler

You are responsible for holding the passports, visas, vaccinations, insurance and other entry and health requirements that the countries you visit may impose, and for the accuracy of the information you give us. Our advisors can guide you, but they do not replace official verification of those requirements.

6. Acceptable use of the site

You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, not to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, and not to copy or reuse the site’s content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Intellectual property

The text, design, our own images and the Forest Travel brand belong to Forest Travel or its licensors. Third-party trademarks and photographs belong to their respective owners.

8. Communications and privacy

By contacting us, you agree that we may reply through the channel you use, including WhatsApp, as explained in our Privacy Policy. It also describes how we handle your information and how to withdraw your consent.

9. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party pages. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it or for their policies.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Forest Travel is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for the failures, delays, cancellations or changes of travel suppliers, or for events beyond our reasonable control, such as weather, strikes, conflicts, pandemics or decisions of authorities. Nothing here limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without prejudice to the rights you may have as a consumer under the law of the place where you live.
