Every journey at Forest Travel is designed by one person who stays with you from the first conversation to the flight home. That advisor learns how you travel — the pace, the standard, the reason for the trip — then builds the itinerary, holds the reservations, and answers the phone if something moves at three in the morning in another time zone. You are not passed between departments, and you never explain yourself twice.
Why they are in-house
Our advisors are employees of Forest Travel, not independent contractors renting the name. That matters more than it sounds. The relationships that open a villa or a table belong to the firm and are shared across the team, so the access does not walk out of the door when a person does. It also means one standard of work, one set of suppliers we will vouch for, and colleagues who cover for one another while you are travelling.
How you are matched to an advisor
By the trip, not by whoever answers first. Tell us the destination, or simply the occasion, and we route you to the advisor whose ground it is — African safaris and private islands, ultra-luxury cruising and yacht charters, the Mediterranean, alpine and ski, expeditions, or multi-generational family travel. If you already know who you would like to work with, ask for them by name.
Where they are, and in which languages
The firm is headquartered in North Miami Beach, Florida, with advisors also based in Mexico City, Guatemala City and Georgia. Between them the team works in English, Spanish, Italian, French and Hebrew — so a client in Bogota, Mexico City or Madrid deals with someone in their own language and closer to their own hours.

Questions about working with our advisors
Ten advisors and a director of sales, all in-house. The team is led from North Miami Beach and includes Magnolia Quintana and Debbie Heim as senior advisors, Juan David Gutierrez as director of sales, and advisors based in Mexico City, Guatemala City and Georgia. Each one owns particular ground rather than covering everything.

Virtuoso is a by-invitation network of leading luxury travel agencies, and membership is what puts hotel amenities on your booking at no extra cost — typically breakfast for two, a room upgrade when one is available, a property credit and early check-in — plus preferred access to cruise and yacht inventory.
