  • We design the city-desert-culture balance and the timing around you.

When to go

The UAE's prime season is November to March, when the weather is warm, dry and ideal for both the city and the desert. April and October are warm shoulder months. Summer (June–August) is intensely hot — best avoided unless you're transiting briefly between indoor luxuries. We time the stay to the comfortable window.

How long to stay

Three to five days is plenty for Dubai itself — its skyline, dining, shopping and a desert excursion. Five to seven days lets you add Abu Dhabi, with its culture and islands, and a proper night or two in the desert. As a stopover, even two or three days delivers a lot.

Dubai vs Abu Dhabi

Dubai is the showpiece — record-breaking architecture, world-class restaurants, beaches and retail, and a charged energy. Abu Dhabi is calmer and more cultural, home to the Louvre Abu Dhabi, grand mosques and quieter island resorts. Most luxury itineraries weave both, with a desert interlude between.

The perfect stopover

The UAE's location makes it one of the world's great stopovers. We frequently pair it with the Maldives or Seychelles for a beach finale, with an African safari, or with a wider Middle East journey — turning a layover into a highlight.

What a luxury UAE stay starts from

As a luxury advisory we quote a from-price, not a final one. Indicatively, a bespoke stay starts from around US$1,200 per person per day, rising with the finest suites, private desert experiences, yacht days and private aviation. The real figure depends on the season and the experiences — we share the starting point candidly and design the rest around you.

Very — world-class family resorts, beaches, theme parks and desert adventures, with short-enough flights and reliable winter sun. We arrange vetted childcare and private experiences that suit every age.

Private desert experiences at dawn or dusk, yacht days along the coast, the finest tables and spas, helicopter tours, and curated culture and shopping — all arranged privately. In Abu Dhabi, the Louvre after hours and grand-mosque visits stand out.

Three to six months for peak winter season and the finest suites; major events (and New Year) book earlier. Stopovers can often be arranged on shorter notice.
