I was born in Colombia where I’ve also lived for most of my life. By the time I received my bachelors degree in business administration and marketing I moved to the US. I have worked in different industries, always in positions directed to sales and customer relations positions. I enjoy interacting with customers very much; since I joined Forest Travel in early 2012 it has been a great experience. You never know how wonderful the world is until you work in this industry, especially at Forest Travel.
I work everyday with the premise of offering great customer service. This means understanding my clients needs to offer great travel advice and an exceptional response time, which is a key factor in this business.
